Reselling or distributing Smith & Co.'s products is easy. We do have a few requirements that must be adhered to. We ask that you do not use the product to subsidize your own manufacturing business, as it needs to go in to the hands of customers. We ask that customers we send to you can contact you to purchase the product. What we mean by this is, you don't necessarily need to have a store-front. But you do need to be available during regular business hours. You must buy product by the case although, your best price will be by the pallet. We don't carry accounts and there is no exclusivity on territory.
